菁琪律師是處理過許多藥物案件的年輕律師，她長期以來關注大麻文化，也致力於推動台灣「大麻合法化」運動，專長是處理大家的「大麻 煩」！除了法律的專業之外，曾有不少社運經驗的她，對於執法人員的辦案與偵查流程也非常熟悉，近年來開講了好幾場飛安講座，也持續錄製大麻煩不煩網路廣播節目，是飛行員們最佳的「飛安教官」！
