萃取金黃色的草本濃縮物(Concentrate)的方法有很多，利用熱壓機是最簡單的一種。其原理類似提煉松香，在適當的溫度下加入高壓重力，把其中的樹脂(rosin)榨取出來，非常能輕易就能完成。雙發熱板高壓熱壓機是提取松香的好方法，它需要合理的壓力、溫度和時間，較大的壓力會產生更多的濃縮物。



打開控制器，設定所需的溫度和時間並設定所需的壓力，將所需提取的物質放入折疊的烘焙紙上，並放置在發熱板之間，以熱壓的方式進行提取，當時間倒數至0時，請將熱壓板放開。
